The "war" on drugs is killing people and ruining lives. If heroin was free would YOU use it? Not likely. But if drugs were regulated, the criminal component would be cancelled out. Also, impure (deadly) batches would not cause accidental overdoses. LLI is dedicated to Ross Haynes. "He was a good kid / But he got killed."
