Adam Bailie had the chords and groove and idea when I arrived at the studio one day during the recording sessions in March. I don't usually get to come in on the tail end of a song, but this is one those times. I was reading a book called, "This Is Your Brain On Music" and some of the ideas in the book are reflected in this song. IE. Strip away the glitz and hype, and music is something we can all do. Music is movement.
